Agreement Between You and 12jeet

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 12jeet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 12jeet website located at https://12jeet.ws, including all associated services, features, content, and products available thereon (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; and (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

12jeet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

What These Terms Govern

The following areas are covered by these Terms and Conditions. Each section applies to all registered users of the 12jeet platform operating from Bangladesh.

Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions. All defined terms carry the meaning given to them in this section unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by you on the 12jeet platform, which permits access to the Services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account wallet at any given time, including both real-money funds and any active bonus funds clearly labelled as such.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Access to the 12jeet platform and Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Services in any capacity. 12jeet applies a strict minimum age policy. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at registration or at any subsequent point. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending wagers will be voided, and any funds remaining in the Account will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures, which may include return of net deposits after deducting any winnings derived from underage play.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 12jeet Platform at any time. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all Balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

12jeet conducts identity verification checks prior to approving your first withdrawal and at any subsequent point at our reasonable discretion. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (such as your National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as Users.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 12jeet employee.
• You must not be located in or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

12jeet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of the transaction: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. No currency conversion fees or foreign exchange margins are applied by 12jeet; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum daily or weekly withdrawal limits will be communicated to you within your Account dashboard and may be updated periodically without prior notice. 12jeet reserves the right to apply enhanced withdrawal scrutiny to transactions above a threshold determined at our discretion, including requiring additional KYC documentation before releasing funds.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

12jeet targets a withdrawal processing time of under 30 minutes for standard verified accounts using mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. These are target timelines only; 12jeet does not guarantee processing within these windows in all circumstances, particularly where additional verification is required or where system maintenance is in progress.

3.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 12jeet reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed to a verified payment method registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified accounts, or accounts belonging to persons other than the registered Account holder are not permitted and may be declined or reversed.

3.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account will be considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 calendar months. Dormant Accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the Account Balance where funds are available, until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the User. 12jeet will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email prior to applying dormancy fees.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

12jeet offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out in this section and in the specific promotional terms applicable to each offer.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated at the point of opt-in. Wagers placed on certain game categories (for example, low-margin sports markets or certain table games) may contribute less than 100% toward the wagering requirement, as detailed in the individual promotion terms.

4.2 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds have an expiry date from the point of crediting, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered through to the required multiplier within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically. 12jeet is not obligated to remind you of approaching expiry deadlines.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

12jeet monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedged bets designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure; exploiting an error or technical fault in the Platform to receive unintended bonus credits; or coordinating with other users to share or transfer bonus value. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those funds voided, and may be permanently excluded from the Platform.

Game Rules, Betting & Dispute Resolution

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

All wagers placed on the 12jeet Platform are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. 12jeet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time without being required to provide a reason. Bets are confirmed only when you receive an on-screen or in-account confirmation. No bet is valid until confirmed. In the event of a technical fault preventing confirmation, the bet will be treated as void and any staked amount will be returned to your Account Balance.

5.2 Void Bets

A wager will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant event or game is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the market in question is settled in error and subsequently corrected; a technical fault affects the integrity of the wager; or the wager was placed in contravention of these Terms. In all void bet scenarios, only the original stake is returned — no winnings are paid on voided bets.

5.3 Live Casino and Slots

• Cricket markets are settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Matches reduced in overs due to weather are settled on official DLS method results.
• Football markets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes plus referee-added time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are not included unless explicitly specified in the market description.
• Errors in odds — if a market is offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, 12jeet reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and re-settle at the correct price.

Account Security & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Your Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You agree to notify 12jeet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. 12jeet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials, provided that such failure does not result from a fault or breach on our part.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12jeet Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent exclusion, forfeiture of all Balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not available to standard users through the normal browser interface.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Platform's systems, odds feeds, or APIs without express written authorisation.
